Game Service & Support Visits are required for long-term rentals to ensure all games stay fully operational and event-ready throughout the rental period. Our team will come onsite as needed to replenish supplies, troubleshoot, and repair/maintain games, along with providing any routine preventative maintenance required during the rental term.

The number of service visits varies based on the length of the rental and the scope/quantity of games, and will be determined per event.
