Erica Tricomi

With a passion for planning and an exceptional eye for detail, Erica has been the driving force of Perfect Parties since 2010, shaping its success along the way. As Senior Account Manager, she oversees every aspect of an event, from initial concept to flawless execution, all while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure and building strong, personal relationships with her clients.

Erica earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Hospitality from Framingham State University in 2010 and began her internship at Perfect Parties while still in school. Over the years, she has taken on various roles within the company, gaining extensive experience in event management, equipment logistics, and client relations. Erica’s exceptional problem-solving skills allow her to navigate challenges with ease and coordinate seamlessly with her team to ensure smooth execution behind the scenes. Erica takes pride in working closely with clients, building meaningful relationships to ensure their vision is brought to life in the most perfect way possible.

Erica is a proud member of several industry organizations, including NACE, Meet Boston, ILEA, NACA, APCA, and ARA, where she actively contributes to the growth and development of the company and the events industry.

Outside of work, Erica loves traveling, experimenting with new recipes, attending Zumba classes, exploring new restaurants, enjoying live music, and cherishing quality time with her family. She’s the proud mother of two children, Tyler and Ariana, and treasures the time spent with her husband, family, and friends.
