What types of footwear can you shine?
Most leather dress shoes and boots are ideal. Suede, nubuck, and specialty finishes require different care and may not be shined the same way. Please check in advance if you expect a high volume of non-leather footwear.

How long does a typical shine take?
Plan on a quick, efficient service so lines move and conversations flow. Actual timing varies based on shoe condition and desired finish.

Is the process messy or smelly?
The station is tidy and guest-friendly. Professional polishes are used sparingly, and our team keeps the area neat so it works well in carpeted ballrooms and exhibit halls. If your venue is scent-sensitive, let us know so we can plan accordingly.

Do guests remove their shoes?
Most shines are done while guests keep their shoes on and relax in a seat or chair, making the experience fast and comfortable.
