Fall Festival and Fall Carnival Rentals in Boston and New England

Corn Maze Inflatable rental

A fall festival needs three things from a rental company: the right mix of games, inflatables and rides for the crowd you expect, staff to run the pieces that need running, and a truck that shows up on a Saturday morning in October when everyone else’s festival is the same day. Perfect Parties USA owns its fall inventory, staffs the attractions that need attendants and operators, and has produced fall festivals and fall carnivals for towns, schools, churches and companies across New England for decades.

This page shows the three fall festival packages we build most often, by headcount, then the full fall inventory from the Halloween and fall rentals collection grouped by games, inflatables, rides and stations, with what is known about each piece, followed by what every rental includes and how to book for Boston, Worcester, Providence, Hartford, Manchester or anywhere across New England.

Fall Festival Packages by Crowd Size

Every package is a starting point; a Party Pro adjusts it to your grounds, your power and your volunteer list.

The small fall festival package, for up to 150 guests, is the five-booth Fall Carnival Stalls (5) midway, one bounce such as the Pumpkin Bounce, one obstacle course such as the Cob-stacle Course and a Pumpkin Painting station, staffed by your volunteers with our attendants on the painting station. It fits a church lawn or a school lot with one power source.

The medium fall festival package, for 150 to 400 guests, adds the Corn Maze Inflatable, the Jumpin Pumpkin, Bobbing for Apples and the Trackless Train, with attendants on the maze, the race and the train. It is the package most PTAs and parishes book for a full Saturday afternoon.

The large fall festival package, for 400 guests and up, adds the Mechanical Pumpkin, the Carnival Bumper Cars, the Scarecrow Slide and a Live Pumpkin Sculptor, with operators on the rides and a site visit ahead of the date to place the power and the footprints. It is the town festival and the company harvest day.

What Every Fall Festival Rental Includes

Every rental from Perfect Parties USA includes delivery, professional setup and complete teardown, with the blower, extension cord and safety stakes for every inflatable, and trained attendants and prizes for staffed games. Rides come with operators. Every unit is cleaned and sanitized before use, and if rain is in the forecast you can reschedule at no extra cost with 24 hours notice. You supply enough space for setup, an electric outlet within 50 feet of each inflatable and the dedicated circuits noted above for the bumper cars and Bobbing for Apples, and a certificate of insurance request in advance if your town, school or venue requires one.

How to Book Fall Festival Rentals for Your Event

Start with your headcount and pick the package closest to it, then adjust for your grounds: a church lawn with one outlet stays with the small package plus the train, a school field with power at the building takes the medium package, and a town field with a generator earns the large one. The fall festival ideas guide shows how the pieces lay out by zone, the fall carnival ideas guide covers the ride and midway build, and the carnival game ideas for school fairs and carnivals guide covers the ticket and volunteer plan.

As a rule of thumb, plan for one game booth per 25 to 50 guests and one anchor attraction per 150 to 200 guests, and book six to eight weeks ahead, because October weekends across Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island and New Hampshire fill first and the rides book earliest. The carnival ride rentals in Massachusetts guide covers the site requirements for the rides, and if you are on the North Shore the carnival game rentals in Peabody, MA page lists what is available locally.
